Job Description –EU Fulfillment Center Learning Project Manager

We are currently seeking a EU FC Learning Program Manager (m/f) to lead and manage programs through Europe to support the learning needs of our Associates and Managers. This person will ensure that effective, standardized training and learning programs are in place to support our Associates’ and Manager’s onboarding and development as they join and progress within Amazon Operations in Europe. This role will be based in one of our regional bases in the EU e.g Paris / Barcelona / Madrid / Munich / Italy and will require approximately 75% travel within the region and Europe.

Reporting to EU CF Learning Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting the identification and prioritization of programs that will improve learning curves or performance of our Associates and Managers in our FC’s
· Leading and managing defined programs from definition through to implementation across all EU FC’s and measures of success
· Developing standardized and rigorous methods of auditing and validating the effectiveness of learning solutions
· Identifying best practice from across FCs and regions, champion standardization and highlight opportunities for Continuous Improvement
· Working with global partners across Amazon Operations Learning to drive improvements in learning standards
· Partnering with Operations leaders and support functions to continuously strive for the best environment for our Associates and Managers to learn and develop
Key Experience & Skills required:
· Experience of managing centralized programs across multiple locations or multiple functions, which have demonstrated measureable results for your business
· Fluent in English
· Experience of working within a global, fast moving, customer driven environment
· Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills
· Experience of instructional design and adult learning methods
· Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities
· Ability to analyse and use Big Data to drive actions and prioritisations
· Experience of working with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement tools
Key Experience & Skills Preferred:
· Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Czech)
· Experience managing and delivering learning and development programs with multiple target groups across multiple locations
· Experience of delivering large scale training programs within an operational, process driven environment
· Knowledge of the European employment framework as it relates to learning activities

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

· Bachelors' degree
· Learning Management experience within a Distribution, Manufacturing/Production or similar industry environment.
· Experience in carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in native language and English
· Can drive understanding (i.e., using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention).
· Experience using computers to develop materials, presentations and use of email and knowledge of internet/intranet.
· Result-driven attitude and highly developed leadership ability.
· Experience of implementing a wide range of change management and process improvement activities, based on broader organizational goals.

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

· Master degree or equivalent would be ideal
· Background in adult learning theory/course facilitation would be beneficial
· Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) would be advantageous
