Sr. Product Manager - Technical

Amazon Business has been a game changer in the B2B space, raising to become a $10B business in 3 years. Guided Buying is one of the key products developed within Amazon Business. It allows companies to define their own procurement policies and drive their employees towards the right buying choices.

We're looking for a strong Technical Program Manager to lead the coordination of the Guided Buying Program.
· You will coordinate the roadmap and projects of the multiple teams developing the products.
· You'll own the on-boarding process of new teams into the system.
· You'll own the coordination of dependencies with other teams within the Amazon ecosystem.
· You'll own the reporting and communication with our stakeholders.
· You'll be expected as well to drive operational improvements in our organization and it's teams.
· You will partner with our Product Manager to drive and prioritize our business requirements.

· 6+ years experience driving large scale projects with multiple teams involved.
· Strong Ownership and Bias For action. We're looking for self-driven individuals, willing to take risks and decisions.
· Excellent communications skills, both vocal and written. You'll be our eyes and ears with many of our stakeholders.
· Previous Experience with Agile teams (Backlog management, Progress Tracking, etc.)
· Strong ability to earn trust. Ability to partner with teams, apply the right judgement when prioritizing and escalate when needed.
· Solid Technical Background. Able to deeply understand the technical architecture and identify risks and gaps as it scales.
· Demonstrable business background, that can evaluate business value for proposals and translate business requirements into technical ones.

· While your main goal will be focused on the coordination and delivery of our features, we do strongly value your ability to coach and help others in our team to grow. Individuals with a strong bias towards growing their peers will be highly valued.
· Availability to travel. Our dev teams are in Madrid. While they will travel often to Seattle, it would be very beneficial for you to come to Madrid 1-2 times a year.
· Experience driving multi team workshops, to identify team strategy and roadmap.
