We are looking for a consultant/manager with strong background in the CMT industry, capable to work originating and following-up transformation initiatives, working directly with the client, gathering requirements to align technology with business strategy needs and goals, to help enhancing business performance and outcomes.

 Your responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities and analyze/define/deliver solutions that meet client demand for  complex projects around intelligent customer engagement and operations, enhancing customer value and delivering tangible benefits.

• Apply emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data and Analytics.

• Define strategies at the intersection of business, technology and functions.

• Help clients identify and build capabilities applying methodologies to encourage, either passively or actively, customers to engage in artificial intelligence driven customer care solutions.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Artificial Intelligence and related platforms (Microsoft Azure)

• Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Administration, App Services, App Insights, DevOps, Web Apps, BOT Framework, IoT Hub, Microservices

• Microsoft Data Science

• Microsoft Back End Development

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Machine Learning & Deep Learning

• Contact Center (IVR, Virtual Agents)

• Other valuable skills and business practices:

• AI/ML and cognitive platforms (Amazon AWS, Google Cloud)
