CAST MEMBER, DISNEY STORE – Murcia (Campaña de Navidad)

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Alcanzar los resultados y objetivos de ventas acordados con el Store Manager.
Lograr la fidelidad del cliente demostrando conocimiento del producto y proporcionando un Guest Service excepcional.
Asegurar la integridad de la marca Disney actuando conforme a los estándares de Disney Store relativos a indumentaria, conducta y realización de tareas.
Ayudar con la descarga y reposición de stocks para mantener unos estándares adecuados en el almacén.
Mantener una presentación del merchandising que sea consistente con las guías de merchandising recibidas.
Llevar a cabo transacciones de caja eficientes que mejoren la percepción del Guest sobre Disney Store y observen los procedimientos estándar.
Conocer y cumplir los procedimientos estándar de compañía sobre Loss Prevention.
Conocer las normas relativas a salud y seguridad y hacer seguimiento a diario para garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación.
Participar en las actividades de animación y experiencia en tienda que Disney Store ofrece a sus clientes.
