You have a passion for using technology to create frictionless customer experiences at scale. As a VR SW Engineer, you will support the development and delivery of cutting edge VR Applications from high-level concept to operational delivery in partnership with key industry ISVs. About You
- Software Guru. You are extremely comfortable getting into the trenches with engineers and weighing in on architectural choices, reviewing the schema and defining APIs.
- Doctor, not a patient. You know how to structure and solve ambiguous problems without looking for someone to tell you how to get things done.
- Know your customer. You are deeply customer-curious. You internalize the point of view of our customers and exhaustively represent their wants, needs and pain points.
- Think strategically, execute tactically. You have the skill to work at a strategic level with business leaders and the ability to roll up your sleeves and work tactically with individuals across the organization to drive results.
- Passionate. You are passionate about building great user applications and experiences and have the ability to inspire passion in others to create a shared vision that people can adopt as their own.

- Grit. You expect setbacks and know how to react, align stakeholders, and get the job done.
