Community Management Trainee en Barcelona

We are looking for a Community Manager Trainee to join our team in Barcelona. We are Fut-Ure Recruitment & Technology, an international headhunting company working with multinational enterprises and startups around Europe to provide them with the top candidates in the IT sector. You will be working closely with a team of Recruitment professionals from whom you will learn new techniques and new organization setups in a growing, young, and evolving startup.

Lo que vas a hacer

 

  • Plan and implement social media and communication campaign strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), post new job offers and maintaining networks updated.
  • Management of incoming messages: responding to incoming candidates in social media accounts.
  • Craft and publish new job descriptions in Fut-Ure’s job portal, InfoJobs, Infoempleo, Indeed, etc.
  • Updating job offers in Fut-Ure’s Job Portal.
  • Find and join relevant groups in networks to spread new offers to potential candidates in different sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, Slack, StackOverflow, XING, Glassdoor, Instagram)
  • Research and develop new sourcing channels to reach new, international and local candidates.
  • Manage active applicant channels for in-house recruitment (StudentJob, PrimerEmpleo, Indeed, University Job Portals).
  • Selecting interesting and relevant articles to repost them in social media accounts.
  • Create and publish blog entries.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in Headhunting and IT.
  • Creation of other Marketing materials as needed (brochures, business cards, presentations…)

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Debes estar registrado como estudiante
  • Currently enrolled in a University Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related.
  • Knowledge in Wordpress, Canva, Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Social Media networks and Hootsuite.
  • Abilities in Adobe are a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…)
  • Good writing skills: you have a professional and appealing style.
  • You are a very organized person, as well as great in working with teams and prioritizing tasks.
  • You are a proactive and self-motivated person: you like to be occupied and have responsibilities.
  • You have great communication skills: you are confident when doing phone calls/writing emails to customers and candidates.
  • Great English (mainly written).
  • Good Spanish is a plus.
