• Masters the business development and delivery execution regarding Payors and providers segment, by means of the right combination of service solutions and consultative selling.
• Has a proven track record in both business development and project management and delivery at C-level.
• Accounts for in depth and long standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level.
• Holds broad knowledge and broad experience within the IT and management strategy and processes in the Payors and providers segment, with specific experience at redesigning business processes and new business processes from an external point of view.
• Ideally, has delivered that type of services also from an internal point of view, working at IQVIA customer side.
• Connects business problems to proper solutions and offerings. Primarily project focused and solution driven. Develops and/or elevates new business by means of a consultative approach
• Coaches/mentors teams; business development and contributes to driving thought leadership.
