CS (Customer Support) focuses on services growth, operational efficiency and developing people to create an experience where every HP partner is a promoter and every customer is an HP fan. CS GSSO (Global Service Strategy & Ops) goal is to drive value to HP customers through innovative service delivery models and scalable processes while achieving industry leading cost structures.

Delivery Enablement and Operations is a Critical Function in our Services Business. We are driving several global programs and we are looking for an internship to contribute in Delivery Enablement and Operations team combining part time job while studying at the university.

Objectives, responsibilities

YOU will work with a team of project managers and process owners to support the management of Operations related to Global Service Delivery. For that purpose, you will require business systems access in order to analyze and summarize data for the use of teams and management. This position will also include the maintenance of group web pages, sharepoints and their contents, contribute to scorecard creation/maintenance, participate in internal process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Engineering/ Business Administration/ Economics in grade or master level.
• Excellent English level (First Certificate).
• Office tools knowledge (advanced Excel)
• Enthusiasm, analytical skills (Minitab)
• Interest in latest technological trends and digitalization (apps, AI/ML/RPA)
• Involvement in university associations a plus (ie. IAESTE, BEST, AIESEC)
