EMEA Copyright Programme Manager

We are looking for an EMEA Copyright Programme Manager to manage and coordinate all operational activities required to implement execute HP's obligations in the copyright space. In this role you will work across operational teams, legal and government relationship to project management to introduction of copyright levies in a compliant way and oversee the ongoing execution of these processes to ensure HP's legal obligations are met.

Responsibilities:

• Process owner for the copyright process for HP in EMEA
• Project management the introduction of new levies as required
• Monitor, ongoing process execution, flag risks to management as appropriate and drive risk mitigation plans
• Provide expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies.
• Provides leadership and training on the copyright process

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
• Typically 6-10 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English
• Advanced project management skills
• Expert knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel and Compass).
• Ability to influence and lead a virtual team.
• Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts.
