Our Global Specialty Fulfillment Delivery Team is looking for a LMDM Operations Administrative who provides support to the Last Mile Delivery management (LMDM) team in a variety of tasks. What is Global Specialty Fulfillment you ask? Well, if you need something fast or in a scheduled window from Amazon, we're the group to get it to you.

In this role, you will help drive a positive, productive, and engaged Delivery Service Providers (DSP) base by supporting the team in several tasks:
• Driving a positive and engaged DSP base by participating in meetings and communicating with their local key account managers and dispatch supervisors.
• Supporting LMDM team with login creations, access rights, and management of DSP credentials.
• Assisting DSPs with tools and reports including guiding them through self-service options, when applicable and submitting trouble tickets on their behalf, if needed as well as clearing trouble tickets.
• Supporting sites with day-to-day tasks and operational guidance associated to DSPs.
• Partnering with LMDM managers and DSPs to help drive productivity, quality, and safety including coaching and corrective action, recommendations.
• Help DSPs tackle and sort day to day issues, and ensure they are in the best position to provide the service by having access and knowledge of Amazon tools.
• Ability to learn and navigate internal Amazon systems as resources to execute overall job duties.
• The role will require approx. 20% traveling and onsite presence in FCs.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Administrative experience such as data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes
• Extensive Computer experience, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English)
• Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed, and motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion
• Ability to quickly pick up new software and tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
• Ability to multi-task and manage details of different processes efficiently in a fast paced environment
