We are looking for a Salesforce Junior Assistant Intern to join our Lodging and Inventory team providing support and business insights to help improve our company. You will assist in leading CRM initiatives within the Group that will help to improve the top line.

• Support on recommending and implementing new CRM initiatives and processes with other departments.
• Support on evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding.
• Support on answering to different types of requests made by different lodging teams to increase their effectiveness.
• Support on designing the platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

Skills requirements:

• Detail – oriented.
• Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with databases and csv files.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and database software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player, with the highest level of integrity and capability, professionalism.
• Fluency in English, second European language is a plus
