Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Group Information Systems is looking for you as a VIE SAP Functional Support Specialist m/f for our Madrid site in Spain.

Your role and responsibilities?

The SAP Level 2 Regional Functional Support Team is the key interface between end users and the SAP Center of Excellence in terms of support, analysis problems and enhancements

SAP Level 2 Regional Functional Support Team is focus in retrofit, projects and special customer care while remain to ensure the global consistency of the SAP Support Chain across levels, starting from Level 1 and through Level 3 teams.

Your main missions will be to

• Delivers functional second level support to end users.
• Follows support chain defined, working across teams.
• Collects and describes local requirements from sites (in term of Request for Change RFC)
• Ensure Retrofit activities being part of portfolio projects
• Participation on our internal website (FAUR’us) to provide support to the user and promote FCS (Faurecia Core System) functionalities, according manager instruction.

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once until 24 months).

Who are you?

• Master’s degree/Engineering diploma in IT, SAP knowledge.
• First proven experience in SAP
• Fluent in English/Spanish is a must
• Good communication and expression skills in an international environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to describe and conduct the problem Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Will be a plus to have Business knowledge in automotive industry

• First experience in FICO SAP module and support to users.
