What are you going to do:
As a Research Associate (m/f/d) for leadership and management positions (Executive Search), your goal is to conduct research in order to better assess the market in Germany and identify potential candidates (m/f/d). Thus, one of your main responsibilities is to assist the entire team in developing a local and international search strategy to pre-select professionals, to be in constant contact with a network of executive candidates, and to identify target companies and individuals through a variety of resources, including in-house databases.
Our client is looking for a well-structured and enthusiastic applicant (m/f/d) for the Shared Service Center in Barcelona, who can think outside the box and already has many years of work experience as a Research Associate (m/f/d) in the area of Executive Search.

What we ask
- Minimum master required - in the field of Business Management/Economics
- 1-3 years of work experience as a Research Associate (m/f/d) in an Executive Search firm or within the recruitment industry
- Fluency in English is a basic requirement, German skills are an advantage
