Description
  • As a Converse Incubate executive, you will develop and execute brand sales strategies to spark profitable progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for drive the Key City strategy plan across the business inspiring the consumer through the Converse brand voice.
  • Develop Incubate business holistically, including Inline collection & Incubate, with a focus on the Key partners and digital oriented.
  • Drive the Incubate strategy maximizing the product journey with a focus on the key city of Barcelona serving the right consumer mindset with the right products.
  • Be the key commercial reference point in Iberia for the main players& peers to develop the business in the future. Lead the accounts understanding and leveraging their communities and ecosystem.
  • Establish a regular consumer insights to influence EHQ & Global decisions. Demonstrate excellent account management including accurate forecasting, assortment planning and professional presentations to ensure strong customer relations.
  • Own the P&L and GTN in the most efficient and effective way.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years account management experience in Sales or in Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of trail blazer consumer mindset with the ability to connect with them.
  • Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics.
  • Communication skills - cross functional with high level management and International category teams.
  • Ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities, and act accordingly.
  • Strong Team dynamic – cross multiple functions.
  • Fluent in English and in Spanish.
