Plan and assemble business development strategies to expand company's customer base
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with international universities and host companies to understand their needs
Coach employees to achieve sales goals
Monitor and improve performance of each team to achieve strategic influence
Build budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Analyze strong and weak points in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
BS/ MS in Sales, Business Administration or related fields
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent on mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Fluent English and strong writing skills
Spanish preferred, not mandatory
Extremely organized and attentive to detail
Creative and hardworking
Microsoft Office knowledge
