Lo que vas a hacer

- Manage the day to day office activities, including receiving the delivery, replenishing snacks and supplies, setting up meetings, meeting guests in the lobby, general admin assistance, etc.
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies
- Manage purchase orders and partner with C-suite executives and finance team to track and analyze budget and expenses
- Be the go-to person when someone needs hardware replacements or has laptop dysfunctions, internet issues, phone issues, etc.
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies, help with administrative tasks, organize onsite interviews, help with on-boarding and off-boarding, organize and prepare office events and celebrations and be involved in other various tasks
- Book business travel. We use TravelPerk

- Provide ad hock support for remote teams in Argentina, US, UK, Israel, South Korea & Russia

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and good verbal English
  • Driven, self-starter who is able to execute and deliver without day to day management
  • Detail-oriented & well organized Professional
  • Ability to handle confidential matters
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite (Word, Excel, Calendar)
