Recruiting Operations provides provide scalable, frustration free, customer-centric experiences for candidates, business partners and recruiters. We improve the efficiency of the recruiting process to deliver the right talent, in the right place, at the right time, continuously. As the Senior Manager of Recruitment Coordination, you will be responsible for leading the people and managing the processes that are key to identifying Amazon talent.

Responsibilities will include:
· Leading a team of disparately located Recruiting Coordinators
· Holding a high bar for team members, supporting their growth and development
· Partnering with counterparts around the globe in the establishment of standard work
· Establishing processes that continue to raise the bar on the candidate experience
· Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
· Leading change management initiatives on behalf of the Recruitment Coordinator team


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be willing to relocate to Luxembourg
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 7+ years of progressive responsibility, including people management
· Up to 25% travel required
· Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results
· Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business
· Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner
· Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Advanced degree/Master’s degree from an accredited university
· Lean/Six Sigma and/or operations experience
· Experience leading global or regional program initiatives and teams
· Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through
· Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results
· Ability to deliver results with self-initiative and determination in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
· Ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs
· Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees
