Operations Specialist

AMXL team are in charge of the management of warehouses outsourced by Amazon for Heavy Bulky products.
We are looking for a person to carry out operational monitoring of one these warehouses in Spain.

Main responsibilities of the position:
• Daily monitoring of 3PLs operations
• Use the different External Fulfillment tools to generate activity reports and various analyzes.
• Be the point of contact between 3PL and different internal teams of Amazon
• Resolve some operational issues that 3PL may encounter
• occasionally visit 3PL for audits & training

· Full time position (Monday - Friday: Standard office hours).

• Good autonomy, ability to take initiatives
• Good computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) + Amazon tools
• English imperatively read, spoken and written
• Ability to adapt, curiosity to work on new topics
• Good interpersonal skills, clear communication
