Campus Recruiter EMEA (Madrid) - Student Programs

Amazon is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer obsessed Recruiter to join our Student Programs team. This role will look after non-tech intern and graduate hiring for Amazon Web Services in Spain, Germany and the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Hiring interns and graduates (attraction, selection processes, on-boarding)
· Developing strong working relationships with all key hiring managers and working closely with them to ensure graduate hiring needs are met for their groups
· Liaising with Amazon recruiting teams to enable global reach of campus programs and leverage best practices
· Managing and leveraging relationships with HR, Diversity, and other internal groups
· Candidate attraction and selection - maintain and improve candidate management throughout process from on-campus events through to offer and closing process in order to attract and close the best candidates
· University relations: development of relationships with specific university careers service centres and societies
· Creating innovative plans to develop year round on-campus activities and events that facilitate brand awareness and opportunities
· Managing relationships with the business to ensure diverse representation at all key campus events
· Ensuring that all data relating to recruiting and candidate management is accurately maintained
· Monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at Amazon

· 3+ years of recruiting experience
· Experience with recruitment tools and systems
· Candidate on-boarding experience

· Fluency in Spanish is required for this role
