Lo que vas a hacer
- Manage the processing, including data entry, of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices
- Keep Accounts Receivable and Payable payments up to date.
- Provide follow up on payment deadlines with clients and vendors
- Processing invoice claims when necessary, following the company finance protocol
- Accounts Reconciliation
- File and maintain original documents and invoices
- General Ledger entries
- Support Administration Manager in all aspects of the role: financial controlling, P&L management, cash flow and forecast

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Mínimo estudios universitarios requeridos Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related
- EUROPEAN WORK PERMISS IS A MUST
- Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable is an asset
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English and Spanish
