Do you want to help shape the Customer experience for shopping low-priced products on Amazon? Are you interested in empowering Selling Partners of all sizes to bring millions of new items to Customers?

The Seller Services team in Madrid, Spain is looking for an innovative, analytical, and results-oriented Program Manager to help deliver improvements for Customers searching, browsing and buying low ASP (Average Selling Price) selection. Low ASP is one of the fastest growing segments in e-commerce, and this role will help lead a diverse set of initiatives to improve the Customer experience in selection, convenience and price, as well as the Selling Partner experience to reach Customers and simplify managing their business.

In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things low ASP and will manage a small team of Product Managers to help drive large scale, high visibility projects. You will work with a range of teams, including Insights & Innovation, Fulfillment Services, Global Selling, and Consumer teams. Finally, you will work with and influence senior leaders to shape the long-term vision for low ASP.


Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop a team of Product Managers to help deliver Customer experience and selection growth initiatives related to low-ASP selection. Track, audit and report on core input metrics (selection, price, convenience) related to these initiatives and business objectives.
· Work closely with EU leadership and technical teams on business and roadmap discussions. Lead others to create business proposals for new opportunities and help to develop and execute project plans for the launch of new features. Influence cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines on high visibility projects.
· Run tests to generate insights and prove new ideas that can scale to other Amazon Marketplaces; guide low ASP Subject Matter Experts in other EU countries to do the same. Track and report status to stakeholders across the organization, and help scale successful projects to other marketplaces.
· Aid in developing and supporting programs to increase low ASP selection quantity and quality in collaboration with business, product and Seller engagement teams. Work closely with international teams to help identify Selling Partners and grow selection.
· Partner with Public Policy and Press Relations teams to ensure marketplaces are operating on a level playing field. Present recommendations to EU leadership and create implementation plans.
· Be the go-to person for information about low ASP initiatives, performance, and plans. Develop a complete understanding of Customers’ needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to help deliver features that provide Amazon Customers with an unparalleled shopping experience.
· Develop a strong network of local Subject Matter Experts, EU leaders, WW tech, and international Selling Partner engagement teams. Influence and align these groups on areas of focus to create a best-in-class experience for Selling Partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 10+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in product or program management, consulting, or e-commerce.
· Excel at leading teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects in parallel.
· Superior analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
· Excellent business judgment and a practical approach to getting things done.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a business setting.
· Demonstrated project management skills of breaking down tasks, simplifying roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
· Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders for different disciplines effectively and influence at all levels of the organization.
· Fluent in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or advanced degree in engineering.
· Proficient in SQL, Tableau, business intelligence tools, Microsoft Excel VBA and programming.
· Support and engagement experience with international technology and business teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
