Every day millions of people around the world choose to be more thoughtfully entertained, informed and educated by listening to fascinating stories and all forms of fictional and non-fictional content on their smartphones and other mobile devices.

Audible, an Amazon company, is the leading provider of premium digital spoken audio information and entertainment on the internet, offering customers a new way to enhance and enrich their lives every day. Titles downloaded from Audible are compatible with hundreds of mobile devices, including the iPhone and Android smartphones.

We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Director, to be responsible for supporting the Audible team in order to positively impact Audible's brand awareness, perception and customer interaction. One area of utmost importance for this role is to also approach our Amazon relationship with an untethered, highly ambitious and creative stance to maximize exposure, and overall business impact from this unique universe. Our ambition is to set new, unprecedented standards in these dimensions.

Main Responsibilities:
· Support creative, ambitious partnership marketing strategies, with special focus on Amazon as our key partner.
· Support the Spain Country Manager, to build high level relations with Amazon Stakeholders (Books, Kindle, KU, Alexa, Amazon Prime, Amazon Prime Video) to establish comprehensive mechanisms and campaigns with the aim of achieving highest performance in exposure, conversion and customer acquisition from Amazon.
· You may also leverage external agencies working on mass consumer partnerships agreements.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualification
· Proven professional experience (10+ years) in business development and acquisition marketing in a digital environment, with strong focus on partnership management. Robust track record of establishing and executing highly creative and massively impactful business partnerships for innovative products and services.
· Skilful negotiator and communicator, decisive on project implementation, strong diplomacy and leadership to gain buy-in and support from external and internal leaders and stakeholders.
· Excellent reporting and proven record of KPI and data analysis. You value data as a translation of success. Also, you know which numbers to look at when measuring success in acquisition marketing.
· Business fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
· Demonstrated ability to identify large-scale, creative business opportunities and develop them to success
· Self-starter, with the ability to exceed expectations in a fast paced and changing environment and capable to taking initiative and working with minimal direction.
· Must be a team player who is also self-motivated. You know whom to contact inside and outside your organization in order to move projects forward.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:
· Entertainment, publishing or media company background.
· Combination of start-up and corporate environment experience.
· Fluency in Italian and French, both written and spoken.
