As a Hotel Storekeeper, you will maintain hotel stores, conducting weekly inventories of consumables, chemicals, equipment, and uniforms, making requests for supplies, and receiving deliveries. You will also supervise and train Assistant Hotel Storekeepers and enforce all company standards and procedures. A degree in Hotel Management or similar is required, along with basic understanding of inventory and cost control practices, along with knowledge of Fidelio MMS, Crunch-time, or similar systems. If you also have experience in a similar role, and can operate a forklift, you’re the person we want!
