Front Desk Managers are responsible for leading, mentoring, and training a team of individuals who provide exemplary customer service. He/she must maintain guest ratings and comments; participate in boarding processes; balance operational needs between the Financial and Guest Services departments; and assist in compiling shoreside reports as needed. Candidates must have front-of-the-house supervisory experience in an upscale cruise line, hotel, or resort.
