As part of the Guest Services department, the Guest Services Manager delights our guests with personalized service. He/she ensures that our Guest Services Officers anticipate guests’ needs and exceeds their expectations. The Guest Services Manager uses guest feedback and ratings to establish a positive culture throughout the Guest Services team. Candidates must have experience in a successful progressive, related leadership position in an upscale cruise line, hotel, or resort; and preferably with strong communication skills in additional languages such as Dutch, French, German, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, or Portuguese.
