We are looking for a digital sales Customer Journey Expert with at least 5 years of experience. The main responsibilities will be: Maximize the conversion of digital sales processes, defining and optimizing the KPI’s Elaborate a dashboard to track these KPI’s and propose initiatives for improvement Together with the Digital area, understand the customer digital behavior proposing initiatives for improvement Together with marketing deparment, Customer Interactions Area and the business expert, plan and track the digital cross-selling and upselling campaigns to optimize the conversion through personalization Together with Data Analysts, deep dive in business KPI´s to come up with meaningful customer insights Coordinate with other areas the implementation of new initiatives for digital improvements We are looking for candidates with the following requirements: Customer centered approach, with special focus in digital behavior and sales Knowledge about how to measure the success in digital business. Knowledge of Omniture, excel, definition of digital dashboards… Knowledge about the techniques to improve the digital commercial results based on optimizing navigation, start rate and funnel conversion Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skill Ability to influence, make recommendations and drive change at all levels of the company Results oriented and “make-it-happen” attitude Valuable knowledge of investment products Experience: · Bachelor Degree · At least 5 year experience in a digital business strategy area · Experience in digital sales and digital processes improvement · Advanced level of Omniture, Excel and Power Point · High English level · Agile methodology knowledge recommendable
