Key responsibilities:

The Account Executive will work with the biggestSpanish Telco company to provide product solutions, develop new business, ensure satisfaction and maintain positive ongoing relationships. She/He will be responsible for the overall sales strategies and generating results from the client.

Duties include:

  • Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective management of resources, including customer satisfaction and winning new business
  • Plan and direct all sales activities and selling resources
  • Work with other internal sales personnel to propose specific solutions for a given account
  • Reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships
  • Effectively interface at many levels with senior managers


Key requirements:

  • Proven sales track record of success with strong experience dealing with Partners and understanding of the ecosystem.
  • Extensive experience of selling technology solutions into the Telco Market.
  • Customer orientation, effective presentation, negotiation and executive relationship-building skills
  • Very high English level
  • Deep expertise of market trends that impact on Dell EMC’s customers
