Key responsabilities:

• Ensure Payroll calculation aligned with local legislation
• Manage relationship with vendor and employees
• Ensure all processes and procedures meet Government requirements. Implementation of Time & Attendance solution to complement the ADP GV payroll and legal compliance (due to the new legislation requiring all companies to establish a report on the employee daily working hours.)
• Ensure the compliance and accuracy of all payroll tasks
• Ensure all task complementaries to payroll
• Experience with ADP (Global view and streamline) payroll provider should be appreciate
• Social Security communication within Internet

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience on payroll activities on a multinational environment
• Familiar with complex payroll cycles (sales comisions, guarantees etc)
• Strong knowledge on Spanish Legal legistation (labor law, type of contracts etc)
• Used to work on a multinational environment.
• Team work, flexibility and customer orientation
• High English level
