Every day millions of people around the world choose to be more thoughtfully entertained, informed and educated by listening to fascinating stories and all forms of fictional and non-fictional content on their smartphones and other mobile devices.

Audible, an Amazon company, is the leading provider of premium digital spoken audio information and entertainment on the internet, offering customers a new way to enhance and enrich their lives every day. Titles downloaded from Audible are compatible with hundreds of mobile devices, including the iPhone and Android smartphones.

Based in Madrid, Audible Spain is looking for an Amazon Marketing Manager, responsible to develop and execute aquisisition and early engagement strategies through our Amazon marketing channels and drive membership sign-ups. The Amazon Marketing Manager will coordinate the collaboration with the US and the EU team for development and localization of new features. You will be part of the Spain Marketing team and report into the Country Manager Spain.

Main responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and execute customer acquisiton campaigns and customized audible sales promotions on Amazon channels including desktop, mobile, app, email, and devices.
· Coordinate, localize and launch new features in close cooperation with the international program team.
· Support and coordinate member engagement strategies on Amazon surfaces in close cooperation with the CRM team.
· Develop strategically Audible’s presence on Amazon surfaces. Lead our initiatives to market the Audible service on Amazon Devices (incl. Alexa devices, Fire tablets, Kindle eReaders, Fire TV – more to come). Your goal is to provide the best possible customer experience and highest visibility for Audible on current and future devices.
· Collaborate with Amazon’s business teams to ensure campaign visibility and coordinate internally with multiple Audible teams (design, BI, legal, finance, customer service and QA) to successfully test, report and document marketing campaigns, as well as to automate them.
· Work closely with global marketing and product teams to ideate new opportunities for member acquisition on devices, create solid business cases, and use your persuasion skills to get these ideas into reality.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in digital marketing as well as a Bachelors degree in business studies, marketing or any other related field.
· Experience using data and metrics to make business decisions.
· Track record of delivering consumer-focused campaigns in technology marketing.
· Expertise in customer targeting, acquisition marketing and/or targeting methods.
· Experience launching and building consumer-facing features and marketing campaigns – preferably in consumer products, media or e-commerce industries.
· Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies and execute those.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong time management skills; ability to keep focus in a fast paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
