Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Expert to join our Security Team of CISO

In ING we take a integrated approach when it comes to security. We have an integral concept of the security process with the cyber and physical security squads working in the same team sharing the same goal: keeping the back safe and secure. We are looking for a threat hunter who finds himself comfortable in both the cyber and physical realms.

Your mision:

• Perform analysis of threat actors for further enhancement of detection catalog and hunt missions by leveraging the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Review the available Intelligence sources (both local and global, covering physical and logical security) and transform those reports into actionable improvement proposals.
• Conduct manual and automated tests to identify potential security threats in ING assets, both internal and external. The main processes managed by this role will be:
  • Threat hunting
  • Incident management
  • Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
  • OSINT investigations
  • Physical security tests
• Investigating attacker TTPs for improving the Security Event Monitoring internal process
• Internal monitoring of attacks and intrusions
• Hunting of fake mobile applications and banking malware.
• Finding the best way to secure the IT infrastructure of an organization
• Fraud assessment on presential channels (branches)
• Consultancy
  • Lead / assist consultancy, and large / complex, customer programs
  • Provide technical support in own area of expertise to cross-discipline team
  • Problem resolution
• Project Management
  • Support cross-discipline delivery across core programs / projects

Your key responsibilities:

As a Cybersecurity Expert you will:

• Conduct periodic scheduled tests to assess the security of systems and processes
• Conduct proactive reviews on the ING environment to identify security gaps
• Monitor the latest industry threat hunting standards, analyze impact, and work with teams to mitigate risks.
• Continuous analysis of ING’s threat landscape based on intelligence sources and propose mitigations
• Manage law enforcement/court requirements and channel them to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with all the stakeholders to assess the business impact of the technical risks identified.

Our expectations

• Computer Science/Telco Engineer (preferred)
• Criminology degree with strong IT background
  • At least minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in risk advisory services with a focus in information security, cyber security, and information technology risk management.
• High level of English.
• Ability to work with an international environment.
• Knowledge in the financial sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity, OSINT, and hunting tools.
• Ability to multi-task, self-direct, manage deadlines and team-oriented.
• Lateral thinking and hacking mindset.
• Certificates like OCSP, CEH, CHFI or CISSP are a plus.

En ING estamos buscando un/a Cybersecurity Expert

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Buscamos a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Security dentro de CISO como Cybersecurity Expert.

En ING adoptamos un enfoque integrado en lo que respecta a la seguridad. Contamos con un concepto integral del proceso de seguridad, en el que los equipos de cyber y physical security trabajan juntos con un mismo objetivo: mantener el banco seguro. Buscamos a una persona con perfil de threat hunter que se sienta cómoda tanto en el ámbito cibernético como en el físico.

Tu misión:

• Realizar análisis de threat actors para mejorar el catálogo de detección y las misiones de búsqueda, utilizando el marco MITRE ATT&CK.
• Revisar las fuentes de Intelligence disponibles (tanto locales como globales, abarcando seguridad física y lógica) y transformar esos informes en propuestas de mejora accionables.
• Ejecutar pruebas manuales y automatizadas para identificar posibles amenazas de seguridad en los activos de ING, tanto internos como externos.

Los procesos principales que gestionará este rol incluyen:

• Threat hunting
• Incident management
• Vulnerability assessment y penetration testing
• Investigaciones OSINT
• Pruebas de seguridad física
• Investigación de TTPs de atacantes para mejorar el proceso interno de Security Event Monitoring
• Monitorización interna de ataques e intrusiones
• Detección de aplicaciones móviles falsas y banking malware
• Identificación de las mejores formas de proteger la infraestructura IT de la organización
• Evaluación de fraude en canales presenciales (sucursales)
• Consultoría
• Liderar/asistir en consultoría y programas complejos de clientes
• Soporte técnico en el área de especialización dentro de equipos multidisciplinares
• Resolución de problemas
• Project Management
• Apoyo a la entrega transversal en programas/proyectos clave

Tus responsabilidades clave:

Como Cybersecurity Expert, te encargarás de:

• Realizar pruebas periódicas programadas para evaluar la seguridad de sistemas y procesos.
• Llevar a cabo revisiones proactivas del entorno de ING para identificar brechas de seguridad.
• Monitorizar los estándares más recientes en threat hunting, analizar su impacto y colaborar con los equipos para mitigar riesgos.
• Analizar de forma continua el panorama de amenazas de ING basándote en fuentes de inteligencia y proponer medidas de mitigación.
• Gestionar los requerimientos de cuerpos de seguridad/tribunales y canalizarlos a los equipos correspondientes.
• Colaborar con todas las personas implicadas para evaluar el impacto empresarial de los riesgos técnicos identificados.

¿Qué buscamos?

Lo que esperamos:

• Formación en Ingeniería Informática o Telecomunicaciones (preferente).
• Titulación en Criminología con sólida base en IT.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia.
• Experiencia en servicios de asesoramiento en riesgos, con enfoque en information security, cyber security y gestión de riesgos tecnológicos.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno internacional.
• Conocimiento del sector financiero (valorable).
• Conocimiento de herramientas de cybersecurity, OSINT y hunting.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas, autogestionarse, cumplir plazos y trabajar en equipo.
• Pensamiento lateral y mentalidad de hacking.
• Certificaciones como OCSP, CEH, CHFI o CISSP (valorable).
