AIL Madrid Spanish Language School is looking for a new intern to join its Accommodation Team from January 2013. The internship is ideal for Modern Languages students who are currently looking for a placement for their year abroad.
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week distributed 9am until 6pm (3 days per week) and 2pm to 10pm (2 days a week).
Language requirements: Good level of English and Spanish. French will be a plus.
Main Accountabilities and approximate time split
•Respond to client queries through telephone and email means
•Welcome students who book accommodation and pick them up at the airport
•Obtain payments from students who are staying in the accommodation
•Visit new host families to see if they are suitable
•Visit students in the shared flats/residences to inspect the flats and ensure that everything is ok
•Work with international clients and accommodation providers to ensure a high level of satisfaction for the client
Duration: 6 months or longer
