Responsibilities
In this position, you will be supporting selected projects within the Transportation and Business Support departments.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Participating in individual phases of a project as defined with the Program Life Cycle (PLC)
Assisting Project and/or Program Managers through the entire life of the project and contribute to valuable maintenance of business tasks
Analyzing and monitoring delivery performance in Europe and identifying root causes for delivery failures
Compiling supplier performance reports from freight forwarders and integrators who are involved in distributing freight throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
Providing project support through detailed data analysis
Responsible for the coordination of quarterly forecasts of European volumes and spends for financial budgeting purposes
Reconciling freight budget variances for sites across EMEA
Developing and producing business critical indicators in the areas of: delivery performance, quality, shipment volumes, customer service and freight budgeting
Monitoring and modelling volumes through our Amsterdam warehouses and cross dock facility
