3. Office managers/Administrators/phone and HR-
Are you structured, do you have an attention for detail, and do you get things done properly timely? Would you like to work directly under the Managing Director, and actively pursue making the office more efficient?
Description: This role involves working directly below the Managing Director to assist with the day-to-day task in the office such as HR, accounting, interviewing new interns and keeping the office organized.
You will learn what it takes to run a company! You will also be responsible for all communication between the company and the owner of Casamona, who is of. Because she is often in Denmark you must be very communicative with emails and making sure the office is running optimal and keeps the owner updated. You will know after this position if you would like to be a secretary later in life! Or maybe you want to start your own company one day§
Requirements: Good writing skills, a good telephone manner, strong English and Spanish and good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Hours: These roles hours are Monday- Thursday 9.55-20.15. Friday 9.55-18.00 plus Saturday 10:00-14:00. You will share these hours with our Director. You can do flat finding and earn money too.
Pay: This position is non-paid. But the two OM gets a small amount to share if they do a great job- You can also be combined with the flat finding role which can boost earnings. You can take all the FF we have in our inbox and earn more money this way. You will get lots of experience and responsibility in this position. You will learn a lot- this we will promise you.

- Requirements for ALL positions here at Casamona:
· Be VERY flexible: every day at Casamona is different! You should be well-organized, able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
· Demonstrate both written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish, and remember that each additional language is a plus. (For marketing and IT you DO NOT need Spanish)!
· Always maintain a professional style, both in appearance and manner of interaction with clients and owners.
· Computer: You will need to bring your own laptop.
· Have fun but be professional- You will work with a young team, but we know what we are doing.
