Workplace Technical Engineer

Responsibilities

The EUC services helps SEAT in “the challenge” to manage and support multiple platforms and Operating Systems by using technologies such as Access Management and Identity and Application Packaging to ensure the business can access the applications they need.
EUC Service includes the following:
•    Fully Managed Windows Client – The classical workplace - Windows 7 or above on x86 or x64 physical or virtual hardware with its own storage capacity, where applications can be run based on the role of the End User. 
•    Fully Managed Virtual Clients – The virtual workplace - Various platforms managed via vendor tools and / or SCCM.
•    Managed Base Mobile – Managed via MobileIron from SEAT
EUC will be organized as follows:

•    EUC Operation Services: includes those activities that by their nature are repetitive, that can be partly or completely automated, relative to operation post-implementation and are susceptible to be transferred to L1 as part of the shift-left initiative.
•    EUC Engineering Services: includes those activities that are difficult to automate, requires analysis, testing, design, requires the intervention of specialized technics and are changing by nature.

Education
-    Fluent English level language
-    Catalan bilingual desired.
-    Microsoft certifications desirable, (MCSA or MCSE)
-    Itil foundations v3 certification desirable

Technical Skills
- Extensive knowledge in  VDI, vmware Horizon solutions.
- Extensive knowledge in server operating system MS Windows 2008 R2 and higher
- Expert  knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, KMS and CA certification authority.
- Expert knowledge in programing and scripting languages (e.g. Powershell, WHS, VBS …)
- Expert knowledge in SCCM, packaging, and software certification and distribution
- advanced knowledge in Hardware on X86/X64-based, and driver generation and certification
- Expert knowledge in MDT and OS image deployment
- Expert knowledge in Bitlocker and encryption solutions.
- Extensive knowledge in mobile technologies solutions, (Eg. MobileIron.)
- Extensive knowledge in Skype for Bussiness administration.
- ITIL method competency.

Experience
>3 Years
- several years relevant professional experience in administration
- participation in projects
