Job description:

• Design scenarios and test cases covering the non-functional requirements of the applications.
• Create scripts for load generators to emulate load; define and generate volumes of functionally sound test data.
• Define, set up, capture and analyze KPIs relevant to the tests being run.
• Execute non-functional test using agreed methods and standards. Execute this test systematically to ensure software queality.
• Install applications in the non-functional test environmet. 
• Analyze tests resulting KPIs and make recommendations based on them.
• Take responsability in the understanding of key documents for acquisition of project information (e.g. via applications architecture and non-functional requirements documents).
• Report test results with particular emphasis on KPIs, recording Properly identified defects, in a way which helps to analyze defects easily (e.g. monitoring data, producing step-by-step instructions). 
• Responsible of the risk and issue identification and reporting to Product Owner within his/her scope of responsability, ensuring all risks and issues are documented with the corresponding mitigations and corrective actions.
• Is aware of and able to follow standards for documenting knowledge acquired on specific projects (e.g. knowledge transfer document, new joiners pack, etc).

Minimun Skills

• Able to conduct her/his work in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written reporting.
• Good knowledge on non-functional test tools (scripting, load generation, bulk data generators, monitoring) and on MEV Testing´s methods and procedures.
• Capable of understanding the application´s functionalities and architecture out from the application´s documentation.
• Analytic skills.
