This job profile performs front and back-office activities, responsible for managing multiple daily operational processes for a set of direct customers (including Spain Public Sector) and/or channel partners from initial quote to order placement through final delivery at the customer site. Acts as support to the Iberia (and more specific Spain ) Sales Operation team related coordination point for activities between internal groups and organizations to resolve issues and/or obtain information to address customer needs as well as execution of and improvement to operational processes across the end-to-end sales cycle. Provides pro-active communication to customers and/or channel partners regarding order management, delivery, returns and claims status. Supporting Iberia Sales Operation team in escalation point for operational issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, post sales claims, catalog, and other customer issues. Frequently interacts with Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Logistics teams. Responsible for ensuring all activities in support of the customer are in accordance with local legal compliance and HP policy requirements.

Education and Experience Required
University or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Knowledge and Skills
o    Basic IT industry knowledge/ Basic understanding of PC technology
o    Communication and negotiation skills internally and externally
o    Ability to work with local and remote teams.
o    Drive, passion and fast learning
o    Open-minded and creative
o    Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
