Customer Service with French & English en Barcelona

We are recruiting for our HQ based in Cerdanyola del Vallès (close to Barcelona), a Customer Service technician to join our E-commerce team!

 

You will be working closely with different teams, looking for the latest trends in customer service in an international environment.

 

Your main tasks will be:

 

• Handle more complex enquiries and complaints escalated cases from level 1.
• Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Help to develop or update customer service policies and procedures.
• Make sure accurate records are kept of communications with customers.
• Analyse key management information to see how well customers are being served.
• Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Manage all operations in the launching of new markets.
• Analysis of the reporting of the service activity in order to ensure the Service Efficiency.
• Analysis of the reporting of the contact reasons.

 

We are looking for an analytical, communicative and proactive person, used to work in a dynamic environment with good organizational skills and teamwork spirit.

 

Bus service is available from Barcelona to headquarters.

Requirements:

• Experience in providing customer service support.
• Fluent in French, English and Spanish.
• Advanced IT skills (databases, MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel).
• Working knowledge of customer service software and databases.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Customer service and business orientation.
• Other languages will be valuable.
