COORDINATOR, OPERATIONS HOME ENTERTAINMENT (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT) en Madrid

Job Summary:

Technical Services.
  • Reception, registration and approval of Spanish subtitles of all the titles launched by WDSHE.
  • Follow up of DLT's both Blu-ray and DVD from Burbank to its final approval, including the review and sending of our Feedback within the periods stipulated by Burbank before the CDA (check disc approval).
  • Periodic review of the Business Rules of Spain, to ensure that our DLT's have the correct configuration (i.e. inclusion of the Catalan language if there is dubbing).
Materials Management.
  • Creation and maintenance of Master Data Material including BOM's (finished goods and POP), sku's and batches.
  • Control and revision of the packaging material in OLAS of the new release & back catalogue so that there are no manufacturing errors, or to identify the correct disc art that we should use.
Back Catalogue management.
  • Capacity Plan (BD and DVD).- monthly review and update.
  • Review of obsolete FG stocks for destruction.
  • Review and management of batch determination. - To make the most of the stock in the warehouse and avoid overstock, identifying the valid version (batch) of each reference of both the novelty and the catalog background.
  • Daily review of stocks of titles in the campaign by Quarter.
  • Weekly review of the back catalogue titles, outside the campaign.
Campaign management.
  • Creation and monitoring of both the new release and the back catalogue campaigns, according to the times demanded by Esco Central's "business rules".
  • In coordination with the Key Account Manager, creation and monitoring of the Retailer Specific campaigns, including the revision of the status of references, batches and stocks in storage, as well as identifying titles that may overlap in more than one campaign.

Sales & Distribution
Pricing.
  • Creation and maintenance of the list price, including massive price changes within the ESCO SAP system.
  • Supervision and change of net price directly on request in One-shot special operations, and review of prices on request if the discount on Siebel's system has not been correctly rolled over.
  • Solve material problems or erroneous batches that block orders
  • Help identify materials that are left in error in returns

IT systems.
  • As superuser of Esco SAP.- Supervision and support for doubts and / or problems that may arise to the team in the management of said program, both in Material Management and in Sales & Distribution. As well as sending tickets to Esco Call Center
  • Simply- Daily review of stock recommendations and possible duplication orders, we have greater control over stock recommendations and possible manufacturing orders.
  • Trainning the other team members of the computer systems used in Operations (Esco SAP, VIPS 2, SIMPLI, Pixelogic, Sfera, Zoo).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of demand and supply planning requirements in media supply chains.
  • Spain market specific knowledge with retail knowledge.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Database management.
  • Systems user experience (SAP, Excel, VIP, Simpli).
  • Able to work to deadlines.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
