Description

As an HR Admin Intern, you will contribute to support the local HR team as well as internal Nike customers. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Tickets Restaurant: Order meal vouchers on a monthly basis according to the internal procedure and resolves any related inquiry with the vendor.
  • Employee Services Awards: Support the awards delivery ensuring coordination with vendors, HR EMEA and managers.
  • Company car: Support locally the globally-driven activities regarding the  company car fleet.
  • Support HR Local team in any initiative required.
  • Assist HR Director in operative actions.
  • Manage physical information (contracts, legal documents…), keeping employee’s files organized and ensuring a smooth transition to digital.
  • Process HR purchase orders and invoices.
  • Ensure car fines and garnishments are processed properly.


Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

  • Academic Background: Labor Relations or Human Resources Bachelor's Degree (or similar)
  • Knowledge: Labor Relations, Psychology and Business Administration
  • Skills: Teamwork, Proactivity and Responsibility 
  • Other Specifications: High English level and Microsoft Package
