We are looking for people who can make a tangible positive impact in delivering breakthrough innovation in Research & Development to transform and add value, not only to our Company but also to the industry itself.

The position will be in charge of managing the ongoing demand from the different countries where Verisure Securitas Direct is expanding, and align project execution priorities with the strategy of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

Securitas Direct is seeking a dynamic person, customer and results oriented, with high technological background, and powerful negotiation/communication and management team skills.

• Control project reporting, analyze and categorize issues and deviations.
• Define KPIs, program and project portfolio KPIs.
• Measure and report program and project portfolio KPIs.
• Identify and report bottlenecks, blocking points in his/her assignments.
• Report program and key projects status to management.
• Manage and track progress of allocated teams.
• Ensure project plan is available and project information is dully updated.
• Ensure that baselines are defined at each phase of the life cycle.
• Contribute to costs and load estimates.
• Manage the program synchronization points, consistency between teams, resolving conflicts.
• Take actions to anticipate, avoid and resolve deviations in the program assigned.
• Follow up non-conformities of tools and project management process.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree (IT/Telecoms engineering).
• Fluency in English.
• ≥3 years of experience in similar position.
• Experience in Engineering projects management (Phases, life cycles, metrics and methodologies).
• Advanced knowledge in Software Development and product launch.
