TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT - THEATRICAL (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT) en Madrid

Job Summary:

• Support the releases of the films with trade campaigns (promotions, decorations, special actions and materials...).
• Management of promotions with the circuits to support the launching of the movies.
• Coordination and follow up of print and audiovisuals materials for the exhibitors.
• Coordination with agency of the creativities related with promotions and trade campaigns (decorations, special actions, materials AV).
• Preparation of different types of reports: box office results, impact of promotions & actions developed in Theaters, positioning of advertising materials, etc.
• Production management of promotional materials for Theaters.
• Suppliers invoicing.

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrable working knowledge in Marketing / Trade Marketing.
• Industry experience, preferable.
• Fluent in English.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.
• Computer Skills (Power Point and Excel).
• SAP R/3: user level.
