Main activities
# Support PPI team in administrative topics
# Support on communication platforms (IShares,…)
# Internal communication team.
# Control and monitoring of working sessions.
# Monitoring internal Key performance Indicators objectives / reporting.
# Transnational team coordination.
Inputs:
# Lean Knowledge
# Program Management Knowledge
# Summary of measurement of projects / processes / activities and lessons learned.
# Guidelines for improving the OP annual.
Outputs:
# Contribute to the increase of the performance in the Programs and Functions.
# Check progress of improvement actions.
# Publish periodical results on improving / Generate and publish reports on key figures and KPI.
# Analyse metrics activities as well as lessons learned and resulting trends.
