What You'll Do
- Take ownership of Portugal's performance
- Implement growth and marketing activities to drive user acquisition and retention
- Rigorously track and monitor past and current campaign performance and user behavior to recommend strategies and campaigns that will increase engagement across countries and channels
- Coordinate PR, communications, social media and partnerships teams
- Work closely with Iberia's Marketing Manager, HQ Marketing, Operations and your local team to continue improving our services and growing in the market

- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience running Highly analytical mindset with a focus on business metrics, making data-driven, insightful decisions to drive the business forward
- Strong sense of ownership
- Fluent Portuguese and working level of English and Spanish
