Our Employee Relations team is looking for a new member, are you our new talented labour & employment lawyer?

WHAT?
- Ensure the company is compliant with all local legislation regarding employee working conditions.
- Ensure and follow legal requirements and H&M policies.
- Maintain relations with worker’s associations and unions.
- Support management to handle and prevent employee issues.
- Be informed on all external issues connected to the overall responsibility.
- Being a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Actively work in line with our brand and our Values within all ER focus areas to achieve the business goals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably 3-5 years of experience, acquired in one of the most important law firms or similar role in a private company.
- Law degree (Employment Law Master or similar is valued).
- Willing to travel 20% of the week.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent level in Microsoft office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
- Open to new future professional experiences on a global level.
Experience on the following tasks:
- Legal advice on employment contracts, salary and Social Security, among other topics.
- Interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
- Draft legal reports.
- Draft legal communication and letters to the employees.
- Assistance and representation before Labour Administrations.
