Lo que vas a hacer
- Community engagement: You will be in contact with our certified developers. You will work with them to understand their future plans, previous roles and the secondary skills that they can bring to a project. Your aim is to build a picture of them for our corporate clients and obtain their resume so that we can put them forward for new work.
- Report writing: You will write up a report on each developer outlining where we should consider placing them based on a number of criteria. You will also help evolve those criteria based on your research. You will enter this information into our database. Any recommendations you have for improving our database will also be welcomed.
- Resume reviews: Once having obtained their resume, you will create a company version that will need to be approved internally and by the developer.
- Market research: You will also help on ad hoc projects based around events (researching event attendees) news items (finding information on new market entrants) and general corporate activity in blockchain.
- Organisational support: You will be asked to help the Head of Talent with a number of organisational projects, that could include running events, suggesting improvements to workflows, or general organisational tasks.

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Debes estar registrado como estudiante universitario English as a native speaker.
- Familiarity with google suite, MS office, the concepts of CRMs and internet research.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage a changing workload.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a defined scope.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with a wide range of people.
- An interest in technology and blockchain in particular.
