Bax&Company is a specialised consultancy supporting clients across Europe in shaping and implementing their R&D and innovation strategies. We principally work in fields related to global societal challenges and emerging technologies such as suistainable, smart cities, lightweight and electric automobility, advanced materials.
The intern will be supporting B&C consultants with client-facing assignments involving R&D projects management, innovation collaborations, creation of new Open Innovation initiatives, and provision of support for clients'business development activities. We expect you to participate in at least two or three different assignments that may cover substantially different fields.
We are looking for candidates who combine a genuine passion for technology and business with a keen interest and desire to understand the field of R&D (open) innovation, technology to market and new business. You need to be self-starting and stress-resiliant with a good eye for detial and a strong will to provide optimal added value, both in the work you perform for our consutlants and for the B&C clients. We seek people who can express their thoughts and insights (in both spoken and written English) rapidly accurately and conscisely - but can also listen very well. Overall, we are looking for enterpreneurial spririts who want to take charge of the tasks assigned to them, seek coaching from their more experienced colleagues, and impress with their level of performance in general.
