Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

Key Responsibilities

The scope of the role will be focused on selling Dell solutions within Enterprise clients.  You will be working with other Dell functions including Sales Operations, Customer Care, Brand, Finance and Logistics to deliver a positive customer experience. You will:

  • Achieve targets by selling
  • Up-selling and cross-selling our technology solutions using outbound calling
  • Consultative and influencing selling techniques to create positive results for Dell, our distributors and our customers
  • Maintain good business relationships with customers to conduct needs analysis
  • Relay product information and provide technical specifications, quotations and tenders


Essential Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position within the IT Industry of at least 1 years, or more than 2 years in a similar sales position. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very high English level as you will work on daily basis with customers having international point of contacts.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Excellent organizational skills
