MISSION
Based in Barcelona, the Intern will primarily be responsible for the following:
TASKS
You will have a key role customizing Splendia's service,with the objective of delivering a unique VIP service that differentiates us from our competitors. This includes managing special requests such as transfers, spa treatments or restaurant reservations for our best customers,reviewing important bookings daily, ensuring all the special requests are fulfilled, monitoring hotel fulfillment of club benefits, researching to come up with new ideas and maintaining up-to-date client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the direct operational customer relationships, in order to increase revenue, profit and client satisfaction. The Duties are: - Answer calls in several languages - Answer emails and handle other back office tasks - Provide our customers advice, support, help and any information needed.
You will also be responsible for the hotel support (Updating information, Maintaining hotels´ portfolios and ensuring correctness of data, Providing extranet training sessions . Conducting hotel implementation processes. Carrying out confirmation and cancellation calls by controlling booking statuses (call to action when issues)
