Are you looking to join a growing Customer Service team? Stayforlong is what you're looking for!

Currently, we are expanding our Customer Experience department and we are recruiting a JR Customer Service Agent (native French speaker) who is also committed to providing a great service to our customers!
Jobs:
- Answering the telephone (making new bookings, modifications, etc.).
- Transmitting and solving issues.
- Negotiating with our suppliers.
- Answering emails.
- Optimisation of the hotel's content and information, and of the offers available on our website.
- Participation in the definitions of processes and improvements.
Qué ofrecemos

Qué es lo que pedimos
- Mínimo bachillerato requerido
- Native spoken and written French.
- Experience not necessary.
- Basic knowledge when using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Proficiencies: Communication, teamwork, proactivity and problem resolution.
