Job brief

We are looking for a talented customer service that reaches the excellence in the service that we have proposed to all our backers and customers. In Tropic you will be responsible for ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Generate and follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Create customer documentation, chat bots and automations that increase efficiency and productivity
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English is mandatory. 90% of your work will be in English
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of channels
  • Previous experience not mandatory but valuable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
